Hello! Whether you've already ordered your timer or if you're looking for the answers to questions before you do so, below you'll find information about our shipping process.
Onto the dry logistics:
As soon as you place your order, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we've received your order in our system and we will process the charges and ready your order for shipment.
If we receive your order by 3pm Monday through Friday, we'll ship it out the same day. If we receive your order after 3pm or not on a business day, we'll ship it out the next business day. In either case, our goal is for you to receive your timer in three to five days.
We'll email you tracking information when we ship your order. If you don't receive tracking information from us within five business days of your order, please let us know! Call us or email us: email@example.com
